alison schroeder
Alison Schroeder, LICSW holds a Master of Social Work from the Boston College Graduate School of Social Work and began practicing outpatient psychotherapy in 2008. She began her clinical career in a community mental health center, and has since worked in school and medical settings as well as her own private practice. Her clinical areas of interest include depression, anxiety, the transition to parenthood, and parenting issues.

Alex durick
Alex Durick, LCSW, comes to Creative Coping with 8 years of experience in a variety of non-profit, mental health organizations. Alex has developed a passion for working with and supporting youth, adolescents and young adults. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work, and is thrilled to have joined Creative Coping and the Bedford community in Spring 2023.

Katie Skinner, LCSW, is a clinical social worker and began her work as Creative Coping therapist in June. Katie holds a Master of Social Work from Salem State University and has been working with kids, teens, and their families since 2018. Her most recent professional experiences were with the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families as well as a Lahey Health outpatient clinic, where she trained as a psychotherapist and worked with a variety of ages and stages.

Julia robbins
Julia Robbins, LICSW, works with adults struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, self-esteem, communication, depression, and parenting, and has a special interest in helping postpartum women adjust to the life changes that come with parenthood. With 8 years of experience working with babies and toddlers as an Early Intervention Specialist, Julia is able to provide parent coaching for issues related to behavior management, high conflict co-parenting and sleep.

TOM CULORA
Tom Culora, MCH, comes to the world of counseling with diverse life experiences. He received his MS in Counseling Psychology from the University at Albany, where he trained at the university hospital, and now practices psychotherapy with adults across the lifespan, with a special interest in life transitions. Tom is able to conduct sessions during the evening to accommodate his clients' daytime commitments.

HANNAH MATHER
Hannah Mather joined Creative Coping in August, and works part-time providing psychotherapy to adolescents, adults and couples while simultaneously pursuing a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at William James College. Hannah has trained at a variety of mental health organizations and practices while working toward her degree, most recently at the Bedford VA, and is also involved in teaching and research activities through her graduate program.

Sue weidman
Sue Weidman is Creative Coping's Office Administrator. She looks forward to answering your calls, responding to your emails, and helping behind the scenes! She has worked in museums and at a computer support startup. Sue has a BA in Art History from Smith College. When not in the office, she likes to ride her bike with her husband, cook, and talk with her two adult daughters who live out of state.

KATELYN RAGONE
Katelyn Ragone, MA works part-time, providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults while simultaneously pursuing a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at William James College. Katelyn has a plethora of experience in various mental health settings, including outpatient hospitalization programs, integrated behavioral health at a pediatrician's office, and currently works in the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital. She has a passion for working with children and adolescents instilling skills and strategies to overcome adversity and develop a lifetime of resilience. Despite her love for young patients, she also has a strong interest in working with expecting or new caregivers through the trials and tribulations of navigating parenthood.

JuSTYNA KASZA
Justyna Kasza, LCSW holds a Master of Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in NYC. Justyna comes to Creative Coping with 3 years of School Social Work experience working in NYC Public Schools, where she provided counseling and special education intervention services to students and families. Justyna joined Creative Coping in May as a full time clinician and has a special interest in working with children, adolescents, and their families to help overcome struggles they may be facing.

Arielle Black, MA, joined Creative Coping in March and works part-time providing psychotherapy to teens, adults and families while simultaneously pursuing a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at William James College.
Arielle has trained at a variety of mental health organizations and practices while working toward her degree, most recently at the Bedford VA and McLean Hospital. Arielle has developed a passion working with older adults and has special interests in helping families and individuals navigate grief and loss, age-related transitions, and relationship difficulties.
