Olivia is a mental health counselor and art therapist dedicated to working with and empowering the lives of her clients. Olivia's work is rooted in a compassionate, client-centered approach, where she creates a safe and supportive space for her clients. She specializes in working with young people who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem and difficulties navigating life transitions. Olivia uses a variety of therapeutic techniques, including person-centered talk therapy, art therapy and sand tray therapy, to help clients develop insight and learn coping skills.
